After trading the Cowboy State (WYO) for Idaho back in 2014, the Stewarts discovered a love for coffee roasted on a Sivetz Fluidized-Bed Air Roaster—smooth, low-acid, and downright delicious. When the roasting business (now SFE) went up for grabs in 2018, Ryan and Julie jumped in with both feet and plenty of caffeine—and they haven’t slept since!  This year (2025), Ryan and Julie celebrated their 27th anniversary and still love life in the coffee world, with a little hobby farming (hello, Highland cattle!) on the side. Chad is thriving—traveling, catching games, and working hard after graduating from Grand Canyon University in 2023. Josh is finishing his senior year at Northwest Nazarene University, set to graduate (and get married to Kendrey!) in May 2026. Cole wrapped up at North Idaho College in 2025 and is living the dream as a guide at Lone Mountain Ranch in stunning Big Sky, Montana.  It’s been a year full of milestones, adventures, and blessings—and the Stewarts are grateful for every sip of it!
